ONE STAR TOO MANY
February 19, 2017

Ordered adult jeans and dresses. Jeans would have fit a child or an adult with extremely short, skeletal legs. Dresses- sizes ok but material terrible. Sent all back as per instructions following raising a ticket and numerous backwards and forwards. This was over 6 weeks ago now. STILL AWAITING MY REFUND. No response to further tickets raised as they closed my existing ticket.

Ordered sty months ago. Never got it. It's the carrier's fault. Refund by points to buy on their fraudulous site. It's a shame, it's nasty. Don't ever buy sty there!

Do not order from this company. This Chinese company is not reliable. I ordered and paid for an item last Nov 2016. It never arrived. The confirmation email originally said the shipping would take up to 3 weeks. So I didn't worry about it for a while, but after a month and it still didn't arrive it, so I contacted the company by filing several reports online. No responses! It has been almost two months since they took my money.

Met my expectations

I do not doubt many of the reviews 5 and 1 stars are fake from the company or their competitors, but as a genuine customer, I got exactly what I expected. The prices are at most half of in-store prices so YES, the material will be cheaper. My only issue is half of my items were no longer in stock even after I purchased, but they let me know and offered me to get store credit for each item. When I said I would rather be refunded, I got the refund for the items not shipped. I got every other item that was in stock (I think) in a timely fashion and enjoyed the products! I am weary of testing my luck again but I always heard back from them so I trust it will go smoothly again.

Ordered 2 items back on 2nd December 2016. Only 1 item arrived 6th January 2017 and address label was so poorly addressed it went to different address! To date have not received 2nd item and no responses to my emails.

I have now left reviews on 10 other sites because how badly they have treated me their customer service is horrible i paid extra for shipping and it is still not here a month latter their responses back to you are all automated there number will never go thru even if you call during the tiny "business" hours and the live chat option still will not get back to me
I cant believe i was so stupid as to allow myself to be rob by this crook of a site

My point exactly do not use this site it is a scam and their offer to fix the problem of not receiving your item is to give you a 10% discount on your next order

My first order will be my last.
Orderd a 3/4 length jacket - turns out its Asian size and not "wool" but platstic (by the feel of it).

Will I get a refund? Wil it take forever? Will I have to pay postage to return it (even though the order was in good faith and the advertising was deceptive)?

Very poor.

NEVER AGAIN

Ordered a Christmas present first week of November and still hasn't arrived 2 months later. Gave me a dodgy tracking number that China Post doesn't even recognise will never order from these people again

I wanted a dress that will get to me in two weeks and I expedited shipping. A week later I knew it hasn't even been shipped so I tried calling using US phone line and no one ever answered. I had to email them asking what was up with that and they decided then to tell me, after I ALREADY PAID, that it was unavailable! So I asked for my refund back and no they tell me that it will take 7-10 days for that. I need that money to find a last minute dress because of them! I will never use this website again!

Okay, shipping aside, it's slow getting a parcel from China to Canada through Customs and Canada Post, and that's my only complaint buying from Nastydress. I saw an ad on social media, checked out what they were offering, and placed an order. Since then I must have placed 20 orders. My clothes all looked like the picture shown, everything fit perfectly except for one dress, tunic maybe it was that short, and when I informed them of this, I got to keep the item plus they gave me my money back. I have had the very best experiences when Customer Service was needed, they reshipped a lost parcel, they've processed refunds very quickly, and their representatives are beyond helpful and courteous. I just placed another order, and can barely wait for it to arrive, in 6-8 weeks, cause that's what it takes to get from China to Eastern Canada after clearing Customs and Canada Post.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on nasty dress! I have orderd 5 pairs of pants from them the sizes and spot on! There based out of some where near china so always go one size bigger! But honestly if you have some extra money laying around don't hesatate to grab some pants I orderd 5 pairs of jean one of them had a bit to much paint on them so I sent customer service a message and they got back to me verry quick and resolved my problame fast! They actually sent me a pair of any other jeans that were the same price! So over all great service and the pants were amazing! Will be buying again!

Very Pleased

On Dec 8th ordered a pair of jeans for my adult son. Jeans came today Dec. 23rd, and I have to say I am very pleased. Great quality, especially for the price. I heard a lot of negative reviews but not true, I ordered a green velvet dress, still waiting on it. If you have questions regarding your orders, create a account and email them, they reply withing 24hrs. I will be ordering a lot from this store.

If u r scrolling down here to see if the site is real then let me help you, it legit, when it promises 10-25 buisness days, it means it.
I live overseas and i ordered 3 sweatshirts for 40 dollars, it got here in 11 days despite israel having bad weather and the clothes r great.
SO THE SITE IS REALLy legit!

1. They will send You fake tracking number

2. They will send you a picture of them sending your ordered product wrapped but its the same on they always use with other customers and they try to make the picture blurry so you can not see the details in the picture

3. Shipments are never on time they lie about how fast you will get it and take your money.
4. There number online+ (1)*******030(USA only) is a fake also its a magic jack number which is like disconnected

5. Invest your money in a real website honestly contact me a *******@gmail.com for more information about them

I placed an order with Nastydress not knowing anything about the company. Out of sheer boredom I decided to read some reviews of the this company. I was horrified by the experiences of the overwhelming customers and it's low rating. I was convinced that I was going to experience similar results. This has not been my experience. All four items looked exactly as pictured in size and quantity. I got an email with tracking number from FedEx after about four days. My items came in less than two weeks. Not bad considering that it was coming all the way from China. I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I just ordered 3 dresses and a bikini. I'm kind of nervous seeing all these reviews but I'm hoping for the best. I paid to have it between 3 to 7 days so lets see if my Christmas gifts will be on time. I hope to prove all the negative reviews wrong because their stuff looks super cute. Refund worked perfectly

After placing an order I came here to read the reviews and was convinced I fell into a scam. Not only people were lamenting never received products, but also never being replied to from customer support. I therefor immediately wrote to Nastydress asking to cancel my order and refund, fearing that it would have been all for nothing.
Instead, to my surprise, not only the order cancelling features and policies were all easily accessible and clearly written, but my request was accepted and money refunded on Paypal in less than 12 hours. And all steps of the process clearly notified via well written emails.
At the end of the day, it all felt like very professional, more than I received in the past from celebrated Amazon dealers, for example.
I'm starting to think maybe I should have not cancelled my order and wait to receive my hoodie.
Can't tell if and what arrives, but I can definitely say I'm impressed by the customer support

I made a big order for my 3 teenagers. I only received 2 items representing less than 20% of the value.
Nasty dress refuses to refund for the rest. Only offers 50% of the refund for obscur illegal reasons. I had to send everything back to get 109% refund with the help of PayPal!
Lots of loss of energy and disappointment.
As a customer my only weapon will be to do bad buzz and warn other customers worldwide.
If Nadtydress wants to be successful outside China they will have to learn customer service.
