This company is a scam.
Every single company has hundreds of extreme complaints against it, varying from orders not shipped, orders placed - weeks later claimed not in production anymore,
Broken or not working, wrong sizes, wrong color, wrong item, sewing that could have been done better by a child, fabric so thin it wouldn't make it through a wash, and numerous more!
The one thing in common is they always have your money in their pocket. Refunds are very seldom given, only partial refunds( I was offered 6.00 after spending over 100.00 Or 5% off my Next order)
Most complainants tell of waiting months to a year before finally giving up. Being blocked from phone calls, their account disabled, no responses to emails, even not refunding for out of stock items.
People who have tried to cancel their orders are delayed and not responded to until finally someone tells them "Oh that has already shipped we can't refund you"
File a dispute as soon as possible with your bank or paypal. These guys will try to drag out emails and promises until the complaint time limits are up! Don't give them any chances. They have no problem lying.
Very Very disappointed with my buys from this site. They look nothing like the photos and Nastydress refused to refund.
I ordered a dress December 14 2014, I received it today (Jan. 19.2015). (Sigh) I was very excited to receive my dress until i tried it on. It fit NOTHING like the picture. Just by "looking" at the picture and the actual dress, you can tell measurements were WAY off in the way the dress was cut. The dress also smelt like egg rolls or something? I have a sewing machine so I'm going to try to fix the dress.

OMG! So happy Just got my money back in March 2015. I only placed my order in Dec 2014. PayPal did nothing, but my bank got my $ 130.76 back in my account. I wish this company would be closed down such a SCAM! I hope this will help others to get all their money back to.
This website is a SCAM! Do not buy anything. They charged my credit card and when I received an email with my order confirmation, the money went to "Hassan" not nasty dress. I never received a tracking number or any other communication from the site. I called the phone number on the website which does not accept calls and then emailed the customer service email from their website which is invalid. I would give zero stars but I had to choose something to get this posted.
I'm trying to get a refund for what I was charged, but there is no one you can contact at nasty dress. I've filed a complaint with Paypal since that is the only way you can purchase from their site.
HORRIBLE!##! Kid sizes, took long time to get. Product very cheap! Never again! Plus you won't get your money back or a exchange... Never again.
This company is awesome. My order went smooth, the measurements were perfect and my items got delivered within one week. I found my new favorite shopping site.

Zero stars! Its a bogus company with no morals.If you order women's large it won't fit an 8 year old child. Poor materials used. Costume clothing for Ethiopian sized persons. Ordered December 7, and haven't received my clothes! I have been trying to get in touch with customer service department and can't! Took my money on December 8 though. I just love the clothes but wll stick with Lakeside for online shopping.
What kind of company charges your credit card and never ships the products. They send an email stating the items have shipped and the lower half lists the items that did not. Which is all of them. What a joke. I will not be ordering with them any time soon.
So far my experience is NOT looking good! First off, they received pymnt through pay pal on 11/29/14 statng package would be shipped immediatly. I have been given 2 tracking numbers and then advised if I am unable to track not to worry but they reassured me my package has been shipped already. Easy for them to say they already have their money! Then on Dec 5th I was advised 3 of my items were not available. When asked for a refund they advised this may take up to 30 days for me to get it. Although they got their money in 24 hrs! I would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone! If you can't track what you are getting and if it was really sent or not it's not worth the hassel. I guess this was my lessoned learned! One very frustrated and unhappy customer! My claim is now open with paypal. Let's see how it goes from here!
The company was very easy to deal with when I had a complaint, but I dealt with them through PayPal, which may have made a difference. I ordered a coat for a very low price ($38). After waiting two weeks and the item still hadn't shipped (website showed it was "processing"), I contacted PayPal and requested a refund from nastydress.com. The company responded immediately that the item was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait for it or get a refund. Having read reviews that the sizes run very small, I asked for a refund and hoped for the best. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the money was returned to my credit card within 2 days of my request. I had read that some people waited months to get a refund and had various other issues. I had no issues getting my money back through PayPal.
I have somewhat mixed feelings about this company. I will start with the good.
I want to first state that giving the pricing of the items on this website, I started out with very low expectations for the quality. You can't expect to get designer quality items for dirt cheap, it isn't realistic.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and some slave bracelets. These items were all in stock and arrive much quicker than I expected coming from China. ( I am in the US)
The slave bracelets were about what I expected for the price I paid, you look and them and figured that they cost about the 2-5 dollars paid for each item. Again I didn't expect hand crafted $60 bracelet quality so I was happy I got exactly what I thought I was getting. They are fragile and will break easily, it is to be expected. So far order #1 had lived up to my expectations. Next item was a pair of "leather" shoes. Cream colored with lace running up the front, cost around $30. I usually expect a couple of thing when only paying $30 for a pair of shoes, the back of my heel will be rubbed raw by the end of the night unless I wear a band-aid, and the area just above my toes might well start bleeding if I am on my feet all night, both these thing due to the rough stitching usually present in shoes this cheap.
When I opened these shoes they looked better than expected just be visual inspection. I was blown away to see replacement high heel pads in the box... I know I have trashed quite a few pair of heels because of that piece coming off, it usually isn't worth it to hunt down a replacement. When I slipped the shoes on I was almost giddy at how comfortable they were, I could tell right off the bat that I would not have the raw heel and top of toe issue. I took them off and saw that extra felt lining had been sewn on the inside of the shoe to protect my feet. I was amazed to see this, and to know that my "cheap they look cute but I'm going to pay for wearing them" shoes were going to be comfortable. Also the lace that runs up the top of the shoe was not the rough cheap "dollar store" quality lace, but rather very nice seeming quality. Order number 2 was a success

Order number 2 is where the mixed feeling come in, I placed this order first and was kind of upset when order number 2 shipped out before it did. I contact customer service and got a response within 24hours that one of the items in this order was back ordered until around Dec 8th, A bummer but I understand about back ordered. Still it would have been nice to receive a notice after placing my order that the item was back ordered. I would have then ordered that item itself so it didn't hold up my other items.
All in all I had a positive experience with this company, the one thing they need to work on is communication on if items are in stock or back ordered

I read your reviews and it's always the same. I placed my Order Dec 2014, YES A YEAR AGO. I still get the response that most of you get. Has been shipped, hers the tracking number Blah Blah. I still try to contact these people twice monthly and ask the same questions with the same response and as of 2 days ago, now they claim they have no record of my order. It's for $35.00. And now my mission has become over the last year just to harass them for product. I don't care what condition or how it looks I want what I paid for. Yes, I take some small blame since I did not check them out before ordering but I was raised with values and principals to trust, and yes. INTERNET< do not trust,. Well, they scammed me so Im gona tell the world about this even after I receive my order. Im sure I won't but that does not stop me. In closing, good luck with your personal experience with this scam. I don't know why companies are allowed to operate in this fashion and possibly there does need to be some kind of legislation with the world wide web a part of daily life now. Answer: For me i paid with my Paypal so i didn't give them my bank details. But i think they are thieves because ordered my dress on the 04/02/16 and still hasn't received it yet. Not even a message To say if it been shipped or not.

Answer: My shipping package had China on it... BUT be prepared to wait months for your order. I order in early March and got the dress in late April. I order an XL and it actually fit. DEFINITELY don't pay for a speedy delivery because I did and it was a waste of money. I will NEVER EVER order from them again.
