I ordered, what was supposed to be a christmas present, back in November 2015. It is now jan 19th and still no "present". Was told shipping would be 1-25 days. Been long past that. I emailed them at the beginning of jan just for them to tell me that "rest assured, its on its way". My next step will be to have my bank reverse the charge. This is ridiculous. Ive ordered from all over the country and never waited this long for 1 simple package. Starting to wonder if they even had the order in stock to begin with and just hoped i would forget that i payed them money
I see lots of negative reviews about the shipping time... the items are so so cheap yet you choose the free shipping? Go the extra 5 bucks or 10 bucks and you get a tracking number and it gets there timely. My experience was great.
I ordered a jacket, waited four weeks for it, which isn't bad considering there was Christmas and new year in between, the product was also of a good quality considering how much I paid for it. I cant really fault Nasty dress at this moment in time.
UNLESS SOME FEDERAL AGENCY STEPS IN SHINE SIDE THE WORST SITE ON THE WEB WILL CRIMINALY HIDE BEHIND OTHER SITES GOD HELP US ALL DO NOT BUY EVER

I placed my order and went to read reviews after that and was a little hesitant. But i contacted the website customer service and they responded back when they said in 24 hrs i did expedited shipping and i was very pleased to get my dress when i got it which was on time before the 17th. I even contacted the shipping service people and they responded back with keeping me up to date on my order. I got the dress and oh my gosh its so pretty it is true to size i got an extra small and it fits perfectly! I was very pleased and i think i will order again
I ordered a shirt from Nasty Dress... I even paid for expedited shipping. It has been almost 2 weeks and i have yet to receive my shirt. I requested expedited shipping because I had an event. I went to the website to try and find a contact... there is no number to call and then I sent an email and have yet to receive a response. I still have not received my shirt or a response from the company

Ordered a simple item on 12-21 for an event on 1-23... Figured that it was enough time... Yeah... That's where I went wrong. I got the email saying its shipped and according to any information I can muster through no help by the company... It hit customs on 1-2-16... So where is it?! No one knows... Just freaking annoying... Wish I had checked here first...

I realized after receiving my items, the photos on the site are taken off of the actual designers site. This site provides cheap knock offs. I ordered 7 clothing items, 2 jewellry items. Of the 7,4 were fine. One fit terribly and the fabric was awefuke, the second fit realllly small, the third wad just a mess. The jewellry was cheap but pretty. After shipping, exchange, fees It wasnt worth the cost to return. On a side, I reviewed all items and got points to use for my good reviews, the negative reviews were never posted. I fully believe I lucked out in getting anything that worked and would never shop there again.

Placed an order with this company back in early December, they supposedly have an online chat that is never open they don't have a phone number they always tell you to put a ticket in and send you some stupid $#*! response that makes no sense and answers no questions they don't give you a tracking number, I have put in several tickets to get a tracking number and have not been given one I am having my bank reverse the charges this company sucks and I will never order from them again 1 star is giving them way too much of a rating/ so it's been about a week or longer since I first wrote this update, very disappointed even more in this company now, thank you site jabber for posting my review for everybody to see, the company did see it, and posted an apologetic reply, which was all Garbage, they responded to me by email saying they were going to give me an immediate refund all I had to do was click on the link they provided, which I was not able to click on, I tried putting it in manually, it still did not work I was also told In and Email that I could go to my account in the same information and Link would be provided for me there, also a lie, this company is based on pure BS, they do not provide any tracking information, they do not give you No reliable or satisfactory information when they contact you back, it's constantly put in a ticket and we will get back to you, and their response when they get back to you is always the same thing, be patient it's on its way, and that is it, I have not received my product, along with a lot of other people that haven't received theirs, they don't even try to rectify the problem, they just keep creating more of an issue for themselves, this business is better off closed then open

AWFUL VENDOR TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Refuse to give 100% refund when the clothes came so small they wouldn't fit on a newborn & what was advertised as cotton was COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH! They will only will give 40% & with customs & shipping it would cost more to ship it back than it was to get the item! I was told by the HORRIBLE "customer service" that I shouldn't waste my time sending it back because they wouldn't give me all my money back, to give the item away.

I ordered two jackets from Nasty Dress and not only did it take a month and a half to receive my order the quality of the jackets was awful.The picture looked so much better than the cheap imitations I received. I will never order from Nasty Dress again.

I ordered three dresses from Nastydress and showed my work colleague on line.
She read the reviews of the company and I didn't then expect my order to arrive and if it did, many months down the line
Just five days later my order has arrived and the dresses are as shown in the pictures and the quality is very good
My work colleague is now on the site ordering clothing and I will definitely be ordering again in the very near future
Please do not believe all the bad reviews on here. Not all are justified

Received my order in a few weeks. I ordered a range of products. Wigs and jewellery items fine, however all clothing wrong sizing - very inconsistent, some too large, some too small, some strange fitting.
I tried to contact support centre for help, but the page demands password to log in to submit form, and when I placed order I did not sign up with password, so no way to contact support centre.

I absolutely LOVE my outfits I ordered from nastydress! Everything fit perfectly, the texture is perfect, you cant go wrong with nastydress! I dont regret getting anything from the website. SHOP NASTYDRESS!
If I could put not start I'll do it. They don't deserve any stars. The clothes it's extremely cheap. There's no number to call. They took 2 months to send my complete order. I try to cancel they ignore my emails. I trow almost 100 $ to the trash. Don't loss your money and time don't order anything in that website, I can't even give it away the clothes cause the material has so poor quality that it's embarrassing

I still try to contact these people twice monthly and ask the same questions with the same response and as of 2 days ago, now they claim they have no record of my order. It's for $35.00. And now my mission has become over the last year just to harass them for product. I don't care what condition or how it looks I want what I paid for. Yes, I take some small blame since I did not check them out before ordering but I was raised with values and principals to trust, and yes. INTERNET< do not trust,. Well, they scammed me so Im gona tell the world about this even after I receive my order. Im sure I won't but that does not stop me. In closing, good luck with your personal experience with this scam. I don't know why companies are allowed to operate in this fashion and possibly there does need to be some kind of legislation with the world wide web a part of daily life now. Answer: Bad quality, bad management, etc equals bad reviews. The fact that they take your money and don't deliver the goods is more than bad its criminal. Please don't consider the bad reviews bogus. Question the good ones!

Answer: For me i paid with my Paypal so i didn't give them my bank details. But i think they are thieves because ordered my dress on the 04/02/16 and still hasn't received it yet. Not even a message To say if it been shipped or not.

Answer: My shipping package had China on it... BUT be prepared to wait months for your order. I order in early March and got the dress in late April. I order an XL and it actually fit.
