Amazing experience so far. The best thing I like about namecheap is that the domain purchase and renewal fees are almost stable. Its not like other company where they just show $5 for first year then they increase with high margin.
I have no issues with the customer service(chat system), I contacted them few times and their response was good.
I will definitely be purchasing from NameCheap again. I've had my domain for about 2 weeks now and the site has plenty of resources on how to set up things like a mailing service, DNS records and all that. The setup for my custom mailing server and my website were super simple as a result of the resources available on Namecheap, even though I've never really set up a mailing service before.
