Fast and easy
I was unable to log in at all using Internet Explorer 10. There was no error message, it just sent me back to the login screen over and over. With Firefox 24 under Linux, I was able to log in but not able to complete a credit card transaction. Here there was a "try again later" error. With Firefox 24 under Windows, I was able to log in AND complete a credit card transaction.
What's strange is that my notes from last year's renewal say not to use Firefox with your web site because at that time domain name renewal only worked for me when I used Internet Explorer.
I appreciate namecheap service, it's my favorite, i'm on namecheap +1 year, i own about 19 service, all the best for namecheap.

My only complaint would be that I wish there were more of a tutorial on DNS, redirects, and other such things that are mentioned but not explained during the purchase.
I figured them out later, obviously, but both the signup and, after purchase, the control panel, were unclear.

I have never had an issue with Namecheap that was not promptly resolved by Customer Service.
