Unknown to us, NameCheap was "blacklisted" by our bank - thus my repeated attempts to renew my domains (5 tries with 2 CCards since 2 days ago?) were unsuccessful!
Till we called the bank thrice again to get our Card temporarily unblocked so we can renew our domains.
We never had such issue with our CC or you.
Kindly note this hassle and hope you can resolve things soon on your side.

Lack of response from support. No voice support is a bug let down for me. It is much fast to ask a question rather than typing it. I get a response to my problem immediately and not a day or two later. That is the biggest down fall that I see and one that does not leave me with any warm feelings.

The only problem with the shopping experience is that your system doesn't know to use the fund + PayPal payment, or in other words to reduce the fund from the total payment. This process should be automated.
