Happy with registration process. Quite straightforward with helpful information.
The service provided by NameCheap is fantastic.
I was given a warning that my credit card had been denied 2x, and the third denial would lock my account. I only tried to process once, and that was a mistake as I wanted to change the card being used.
Never had any issues with them over the three years I worked with them. The layout of the site is sometimes confusing, but you can't argue with the quality of service they deliver. Recommended!
The only change I would like to see is telephone support. I like to talk to a person.

More promos for existing customers. Too many are aimed at new customers. Reward those that stick with you with a deal on renews or who-is guard or something. Moving domains around is real easy now and you are bound to lose lots of customers that just hop from one deal to the next. If you had deals to keep customers, that would be better.
