This is the first time I have registered domain names and I was registering four - two for personal use and 2 for organizations I am involved with. In general I found the site well organized and easy to use. The only thing that I found a bit difficult to figure out was how to decide and specify the different types of contacts (registrant, admin, etc.) for each. Some more information on that would be helpful for first time buyers. But I am happy I decided on namecheap and will recommend the service to others.
