There are a few things I would change to make your user interface more appealing (Full-width vs fixed, larger font set, etc.; as well as making all the account changes (Who Is Guard, etc.) in one place so that you can make multiple changes at one time.
I loved the ease with which I was able to get things done. HOWEVER, this is because I have purchased many other domains from another site before and I kind of knew what I was doing. I would suggest though, to streamline the DESIGN of the name cheap website. The actual Visuals, Colors, structure, are a bit BUSY if you know what I mean. A simpler interface would make it even easier to get the things done that we need to. Also I just want to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! For not constantly trying to upsell and confuse us!
