I've used Namecheap exclusively for domain registration for a number of years now. It's always been most most satisfactory.
Quick and uncomplicated
Namecheap was experiencing network issues (according to your representative) when i was trying to set up my OX mail subscription. The process took several hours of tech support and required more than half a dozen chat sessions. Most of the required settings were not effective when I commanded them and your reps had to set everything manually from their consoles. Hopefully, this is not indicative of your overall quality and is only a glitch as I hope to transfer my other domains to namecheap in the future.

This is the email I sent to name cheap the first time I was asked for feedback "I wouldn't normally provide feedback for something so straightforward but my experience so far was miserable. I bought two domains with Ox mail and tried to set the emails up the next day and spent the entire morning on live support and reading the documents they sent me links to that turned out to be the wrong documents! I've since decided to stick with namecheap but honestly at the renewal anniversary I can't see any reason not to transfer and go back to buying from the likes of GoDaddy. I was so frustrated I even emailed myself copies of the support conversations as it was almost comical.
I hope this was just a one off experience.

Purchased a geotrust wildcard ssl certificate. The price was lower than elsewhere, and both the creation and delivery were quick and easy. Certificate is working exactly as expected and on multiple services.
Sometimes we had to over-clarify our issues to the customer service department, but overall, they are quick and effective.

The only issue I have with hosting services and that is yet to be resolved.It is an inodes limit issue and I have no clue how to sort that.
