Namecheap rocks my world. Back in ****, when I registered the domain name GlennBeckRapedAndMurderedAYoungGirlIn****.com as a parody site (protected free speech), Beck's lawyers came after me. NameCheap stood by me and refused to bend to them. I was already a loyal NameCheap customer, but after that, I always will be. They rock.
I always buy my domain names from you and always recommend that my clients do so as well. I host my sites with another company and when I first began, I was completely clueless about nameservers, A records, pointing domains and all that fun stuff. The knowledge base is thorough, with articlas and video tutorials covering everything I could think of. On the rare occasion that I have had an issue I could not resolve on my own, I have been able to access 24/7 support via live chat. In fact, some support staff have provided such great service that I actually remember their names. I recently had an issue that confounded me and Eugene Z was the support staff who came up in my chat. He was wonderful! I was completely freaked out and he was able to not only fix the problem, but made me feel much better to boot.
The bottom line is this: I have 2 companies that I work with exclusively for my business needs when it comes to my online presence and Namecheap is one of them. There may be companies that charge less for what I buy here, but I buy on quality, not price and the quality here is far superior to other companies that are out there. I did my research and I am very comfortable with my decision. I trust you.
