I have talked to one of customer representative today and she was lying to me regarding on going promos and i tried to convince her 100 times but she was not listening to me I don't know it was consciously or unconsciously But at the end she agreed that she was wrong.

Ordering was easy. Had trouble setting up email forwarding originally. Live chat done their best to assist but was unable to help so they talked me through submitting a ticket and the matter was resolved early the next day. DNS host record manager seems somewhat limited. Had to switch to my hosts DNS to do some moderately advanced tasks. Overall, very pleased with the service. Would recommend for buying domains.
