You guys are great, offer great services, excellent customer experience, etc. but your domains are often a little expensive compared to other registrars. The fact that sign-up prices are cheaper than renewal prices is a great boon but it isn't always clear how much of a price jump will occur when the bills come due.
Very good service, I have not had any issues with namecheap eversince I became their customer 5 years ago. All of my domains are now with namecheap, looking forward to adding more in the near future.

Wish I could have ordered one of the new TLDs instead, or had the option to migrate and save instead of spending a whole year I probably won't use, but oh well. Not like your competitors were doing any better.
