A tad confusing for anyone slightly intimidated by the technology, colour coding sections might help us old folks to know what section we are working in (changing from whoisguard to domain renewals) personally I'm nervous of hitting the wrong button and either deleting everything, or buying a bunch of stuff I don't really need or want.
I'm indifferent. The prices are fair and I appreciate that. I've never had any problems, and never needed to contact them. I have no idea what their level of customer service is. I have been a customer for several years.

This is my first time buying my own domain, and I am very satisfied with it and all the help I got. It's also very nice that I am able to use third party tools such as the custom email addresses from Outlook.com... I will likely need more domains in the near future, and will be glad to purchase them from namecheap.com :)
