My experience was great, except I placed an order for mailboxes that I didn't need, but it was easily resolved via a refund. I only wanted the domain name service which I have verified and it is now activated. The pointing of my domain was somewhat difficult to understand how to do, but after contacting Namecheap Support, I was instructed to contact my email hosting to set it up properly, because Namecheap did not have control over that since I wasn't using them for email hosting. I contacted my email hosting provide and was directed to the proper instruction on how to connect my email with my domain. It was a piece of cake. I am a happy camper now and all is running just fine.
