Have always been happy with namecheap. Rated overall experience as 2 stars today due to the extreme slowness of the renewal process. There was a notification on the main page that there may be some lag on the site, but the amount I experiences seemed excessive. Otherwise everything was great.
Quick and easy. No problems w/ my transaction.
Load time needs to be faster.
I found the Namecheap order processing to be very slow when I placed my order, however once the order was confirmed everything went smoothly and my order was delivered as expected.
Apart from the slow speed of the Namecheap website & shopping cart on the day I was very satisfied with outcome and will certainly continue to use them for my Domain Registrations in the future.

The free whois privacy cannot be used for.asia TLD.
Namecheap DNS cannot be used to host a parking page on a subdomain.
I might have been able to find answers to these points with more research first. I don't have any knowledge about DNS, so the third point is maybe not very relevant.
The two first points could be better documented, I did look in the FAQ and the knowledge base first.
I would have preferred to pay via a Bitcoin payment where I didn't have to add funds to my account in advance, so I could transfer the exact amount required.
Great DNS service at the right price
The site was quite slow to load on some pages, but overall everything was very easy to navigate.
Contacting customer service for some issues afterwards was a pleasure. Response times were great in the chat, and everyone was very helpful.
