The 2FA didn't work and it's a bit of a distraction from the main registration/sign-up/purchase flow that was otherwise quite beautifully designed...
A malfunction in your site caused me to be locked out of my account incorrectly for 24 hours right as I was trying to renew a domain before the deadline. Support was slow to respond to my issue and their answer didn't help. I just ended using a different payment method (one I didn't prefer) after waiting for my account to unlock.
Specifically, it said my card got rejected three times but it was NOT TELLING ME this. The site just appeared to be unresponsive. It probably just had the old expiration date for the card on file because it's up to date now and had plenty of funds available. Your customer service's "help" (which was slow and the deadline was fast approaching) was to tell me to add funds to my account and then they would execute the order, but adding funds was the problem in the first place! And when I did add funds using another method that I did not prefer because it complicates accounting, there was no reason not to execute the order myself. They weren't doing it and it was THE DAY OFF expiration by then so I couldn't risk waiting for them.
Shopping Experience is fine so far. Just have to get used to the new website format.
I could not successfully pay with my charge card and so used PayPal.
Shopping is a little clunky, but the best value of any provideer

I had constant issues purchasing. I sent an email last night and never received a response. I had the same issues this morning. I added another address with my same personal info, and somehow that allowed me to pay on Paypal. Credit card purchase is still broken. I never received a response from my email 12 hours ago. Terrible, terrible service. Will be sure to blog about this.
