Fast and easy and good prices.
It was a great shopping experience. They have the best prices that I had seen anywhere, and the shopping process went great.
So far ok
Great so far but this is all new so a live person to talk to would be great
Simple and fast. I liked.
Was an easy experience. I would only change some of the layout during the buy process to make things a little bit more transparent and fluid (things like: show the email address I chose, button position, menu order, options layout... Things like that)
Had to go to PayPal to handle payment. Weird. Otherwise, clean and easy to use. Great experience.
I think the selling price for the domain names could be cheaper and the reseller of agent fee should be reduced instead of charging USD39.95.
In addition, should not restricted maximum amount of resale price for domain selling in your web portal.
Loading was very slow on each step/page.
Lovely :)
The screens do not follow each other to check out
New layout was readily navigable after I got to play with it for a while.
Still become a little confused by the link to PayPal.
I had a hard time entering my payment information. I kept getting redirected and had to change my profile settings to finally enter my card.
The new site looks nice and functions very well. Good job.
I do not care for the re-design of you site, if you are going to change the design after all these years you should make it easier to use, not more obtuse.
The website was not the easiest to navigate through to find the name I had saved in the cart. When I tried to pay the first time, it didn't take my card, so I saved the purchase. When I came back, I added another name, it took a few minutes to figure out how to combined all items in the cart. Once I figured that out, everything worked great.
Namecheap is a domain name registrar and web hosting company. We love our customers and thrive on making them happy.
