I had never heard of NameCheap before, but decided to give them a go after reading horror stories about some of the other companies I have known about for a while. I'm glad I went with them. Not only did I get what I was looking for at a great price, the ease of ordering was a nice surprise and the follow-up emails lead me to believe NameCheap has exceptional customer service.
