It's quite simple and very fast to buy.
When asked to register during the purchase of an ssl cert, it was impossible to know if you wanted details for the ssl or just my details in the initial screen. Something like this is really a very small issue but could confuse people with less experience. A simple statement saying "Please supply us with details about you to complete your setup with us" would probably suffice.

Did not give 5 stars for products/services because there was a glitch which prevented me from adding nameserver records to my domain and eventually required me to turn to customer support:
