Started the process a few months ago. It took us awhile to get the intake appointment, but the appointment. Went well. The counselor was very clear on what was expected of us and the next steps needed to advance. Despite hearing that there is a lot of time that passes between appointments, I was pleased to get another appointment only a week later. Would highly recommend the experience.

Naca has been a great experience from the initial intake leading up to the next steps in the home buying process. So I highly recommend this program to anyone that's wanting to buy a home.

I was told by a close friend about the NACA program which helped her buy the beautiful home she now has. I have always wanted to be a home owner and decided to give this a try. I began the intake process at the beginning of the pandemic which has made it longer than originally planned, but it has still been a positive experience. I have heard positive feedback regarding the program and expect to share the positive experience at the end.

I would highly recommend NACA to anyone trying to buy a home. They are nice and friendly and go the extra mile to help you achieve your dream of owning a home. The process was easy.

My Mortgage Consultant is really nice and knowable. Explain everything in detail. Make sure you have all your paperwork together and keep up with everything needed. I'm looking forward to the next few months as i continue in this process.

After reading so many bad reviews about the NACA process, I can categorically say that my experience so far has been flawless. I met with my agent and I was given an action plan to submit some documentations that I was missing before I can become qualified. If you follow the process and upload the required documents, you should not have any issues and I have not had any issues communicating or getting in touch with my agent.

I am fairly new to the NACA process. I have attended the initial workshop and my first intake appointment. My counselor was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. I still have work to do on my end but so far the process has been smooth and informative.

NACA is such a wonderful Organization with fantastic and fabulous programs. It has the best mortgage program in the country: no down payment is required, below market fix rate, no closing fees or cost, credit score is not considered.
I have had a couple of dedicated and knowledgeable Counselors. I am sincerely grateful to be working with my Counselor, Shimanta of the Minneapolis office, who has been patiently and continuously working me.
NACA is a place to be; I am blessed to be here and I have recommending NACA to whoever I see that needs to buy a home.

This process is great for people who are trying to re-establish themselves and want to know really what they can qualify for and not get caught up with what traditional lending says.
