I booked my flight through them and my flight got canceled twice which is understandable. At each time I had a hard time to rebook my flight with them. I had to call them several time for each time that was canceled and spend on hold for a long time to talk to someone. This was not a customer service I expected at all. I would not recommend to book you next trip through them.

Booked a trip from Toronto to Korea via Seattle. First leg of the travel went fine. While coming back to Toronto Asiana airline denied boarding as the ticked got cancelled somehow. Airline and agents are blaming each other. For 2 months no refund. Does not seems to get my refund. Stay away from these cheaters.

Disheartening Experience with My Tripe
My recent encounter with My Tripe left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. The ordeal stemmed from mishandled baggage and subsequent reimbursement issues, shedding light on the company's lack of accountability and subpar customer service.
Despite providing extensive evidence, including email exchanges with LOT Airlines, it became evident that My Tripe failed to adhere to proper protocols, resulting in the oversight of my reimbursement request. This negligence not only inconvenienced me but also led to unnecessary expenses incurred at the airport.
It was not a smooth check out multiple times it kept saying there was an error and that I couldn't pay and each time that would happen the price kept increasing. I feel like it's a tactic to lure people with low flight prices and then they say there's an error with payment to keep raising prices.
The process was very smooth and not difficult for me. It's the first time for me to utilize and I'll utilize from now on too.
I tried to cancel within minutes after realizing I picked the wrong dates. I was charged 90 for cancellation. 45 per person.
Booked trip for May 3.Tried to change to May 1 was unable to to it with My Trip even though I paid to be able change my date, I had to directly to air line to change the date and the air line charge me $100.00
Attention scammers! I ordered tickets to Bangkok for the beginning of January 2024 through this company "Mytrip". The order was made 2 months before departure. Order number MNBW82.10 days before the departure date they inform me that my ticket has been canceled and offer a refund. Which is what I took advantage of. I went to the link and clicked return all funds. I ordered another ticket from another company. 5 days before the departure date they inform me that my ticket is active again and I have to fly. To which I said that I already had a ticket from another company and would use their services, and asked for the funds to be returned to my account. They didn't pay me anything. I lost 830 euros. Don't trust them, they won't give you even a cent back.

I had booked specific seats together with my flying tickets. Without any information, 2 days before my flight, there was a problem with my tickets and I couldn't do check in. After communication with the support team( Wich are very helpful), I found out that there was not any reservation for the seats. After 2 months of the trip and a lot of research, the claim that I had done for returning me the money of the seats, Wich is 200 € total and not 5 or 10 €, has been denied by my trip. With only a few words from their side and telling me that they can not do anything unfortunately and that I lost my money. Moreover they have closed the case and I can not send any email anymore to my trip. Is this a scam site or wtf is going on, are they keep taking money from people and never giving them back what the should? I wouldn't suggest my trip to anyone especially if there is a problem with your flight and you have to take money back, guess what! They never giving them back.
As out page is loading for the final payment, page popped that there was a price increase! Within seconds! Not good! We didn't want to type up all the information for all the 6 passengers again so we were left with NO CHOICE! Upsetting!
Was excited to see a fair price for airline tickets, they were one hundred dollars cheaper than most other flights. But when you go to purchase the flights, it takes thirty minutes to book because they offer you so many add ons. And when you click no thanks a pop up will come up and ask, "are you sure?" Add ons I could understand include luggage but you were even being asked if you want to pay for a check in? Who does that!? In the end, I was fooled into selecting seats that cost an additional $100 despite being at the back on the plane. So slimy, sneaky and borderline unethical.
