I have been travel out of country for Years, and my travel to Brazil every 3 months but this time I spend more than 26 hours to get home, when I booked my trip as always I booked with my final destination but this time I have to do 3 different check-in on different airport and my way back, my flight got cancel and the airlines couldn't help because the company MYTRIP booked me with different tickets, again I have to do checked my bags twice a and do all the check in all over again, NO CONVENIENT AT ALL,
Cheaper price and cheaper customer service and horrible access to to the gates. NEVER AGAIN

I had to cancel my family's ANA flight booked via myTrip. MyTrip said ANA will charge around $160 per person for cancellation and the site will charge around $42 person. They also said taxes among some other things are non-refundable. Imagine my surprise when the amount they said they would refund was $132 out of $4,000+! They could not explain why. They just kept me hanging in their chatroom. I say never book here!

Upon checking boarding airline staff informed it's not code share or same airlines you need to change different airlines clear your baggage and recheck in again, after collect boarding pass flight hot delayed 40 mins my total transit period is 2 hrs in Bangalore now it's turn to 1hr 20 mins again after clear baggage another 30mins proceed to boarding gate close unable to check in airlines staff unable to help (WORST AIRLINES EVER AI) even new management take over need to improved how they allow this kind agents to sell there tickets must block them immediately. When I called Mytrip they don't bother says must contact airlines, airlines said contact booking agent. This kind of agents must block sales tickets for flight immediately even staff agreed same PNR and same airlines when you click this is tricky small button you need special lens for this press view it's stated different PNR in airlines reference this is the way cheating peoples money
They are scammers! The worst agency ever! I bought 2 flights tickets on their website in 2020 that they cancelled because of covid and they were supposed to give me back my money. From 2020 im running after them to receive my refund, we are in 2024 and i still didn't receive anything! Everytime im calling they are just trying to rassure me and ask me to wait, that they escalated my situation and someone is going to call me back. For one year that they are telling me that same stupidness everytime im calling, nobody never contact me back! Even today i called them and it was the same story. Now i'm about to make a complain against them and take a lawyer to get back my money, im not going to wait more time! And they will have to give me back the money i will spend trying to get my refund also!

Will charge you to even change your name on the booking, even when autochanged to a shortened version of your name, 45$ extra fee
