They are a scam. They don't have any kind of online presence because they know what they're doing is so so low. The "customer service representatives" don't understand English, talk over customers, lie, won't transfer you to an appropriate department and will hang up calls. After an hour, they still wouldn't find a booking order, after I provided them with order number, travel dates and passenger names. THEY SENT E CONFIRMATION FOR A TOTALLY DIFFERENT BOOKING. If you can, RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK.

I didn't realize the fee didn't include reserved seats. The flight ended up costing me almost $150 more than advertised.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a ticket from New Delhi to Tel Aviv, and they completely misled me. Instead of a seamless connection, they issued two separate PNRs, treating it as two different flights. This resulted in a completely unrealistic 1 hour and 30-minute connection in Doha, where I had to retrieve my luggage, go through immigration, check in again, and clear security—something that was impossible to do in time.
To make matters worse, they never informed me that my ticket had ZERO baggage allowance. I was forced to pay a ridiculous $460 USD for my two pieces of luggage on the New Delhi–Doha leg and another $460 USD for the Doha–Tel Aviv leg. That's $920 in baggage fees—more than the cost of the ticket!
Additionally, I paid extra for ticket flexibility, yet when I tried to change my flight, the airline told me that my reservation did not allow any changes and that I would lose the entire ticket if I didn't board as scheduled. The agency completely failed to notify the airline!
This company is a scam—they nickel and dime customers while providing deceptive and misleading service. I demand a full refund for the ticket and baggage fees, but so far, they have done nothing. Avoid this agency at all costs!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
