Fairly straight forward. Only dislike is that there were so many optional things to navigate through. May be a simple start asking if interested in options items or not may help whose who don't want anything to bypass additional selections.
Unfortunately this is an extremely bad and dishonest company. I paid for the flexible booking option and I have to advise that it is a HUGE CON. I needed to change my booking. Even though the fare for the new dates I requested was a little lower than what I paid originally (meaning I should pay nothing more than already paid) they advised me I needed to pay £150 more to change my booking. When I queried this and pointed out the fares on their own site were less than what I had originally paid, they told me it was due to 'dynamic pricing'. This is not a dynamic pricing issue it is a serious fraud issue. On top of that I had to contact them 4 times to get to this point with a total onhold time of 10 hours. I will be reporting them to trading standards if this is not amicably resolved in the next 5 working days. I tried to escalate to their customer services but they fobbed me off with nothing and took another week to reply telling met to use the online chat again. Please do yourself a favour and do not put yourself through the torture of booking with this company. I work in the travel trade and I have never experienced a company this bad in the 16 years I have worked in the trade. I have paperwork and screenshots to back up what I say.

MyTrip, GoToGate, and Flightnetwork is part of eTraveli group and they are involved in fraudulent business practices. The customer service is non existent and if something goes wrong, you're on your own. The airline will not help (as tickets were booked by agency) and myTrip will continue to dodge any responsibility referring you back to airline i. E. if they ever call you back or email you back. I was denied boarding with three kids at Gatwick because myTrip charged me for 5 tickets, but at checkin counter the airline told me they forgot to add the kids to passenger list. We were denied boarding. The airline could not do anything and after 12 hours stranded on airport and 37 calls over two days, they still tell me to contact airline and ask them to sort this out. They made me feel helpless and I felt insulted and ridiculed, on top of losting GBP 5000 for tickets and GBP 700 in other costs. I even emailed their CEO, Mathias Hedlund, and still received no help. I spoke with two dozen agents over two days and asked for a case reference number, a direct phone line or a named person to look into my case - but it was declined. On every call, I had to start from scratch and explain the situation. NEVER BOOK WITH ANY OF THE COMPANIES IN THIS GROUP. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I strongly warn everyone: do NOT book anything through MyTrip! I purchased a round-trip ticket for 5,400 SEK plus 300 SEK for in-flight meals. Just 3 days before departure, the first flight was cancelled by the airline — which made the whole trip impossible, including my connecting flights. Because of this, I was forced to purchase new (and more expensive) tickets at the last minute. It has now been over a month, and I am still fighting for a refund. MyTrip continues to refuse a full refund, even though the flight cancellation was beyond my control. The cancellation clearly affected the rest of my journey, and I expected them to take responsibility. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, and all they do is hide behind technicalities. I've been stressed and frustrated ever since. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and should not be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

Unfortunately there was no option to pay in Canadian Dollar And i need ed to pay usd. That conversation cost extra 26 cad for nothing!

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
