As a single mom who works full time I love that I'm able to complete surveys and receive points for my online purchases that I then redeem for gift cards to take my girls out to eat or to do special activities
Been over a decade with My points and so very worthwhile
Can only say fantastic things about this site
I have been a using for almost a decade now and have racked up points for a lot free stuff. Plus I earn points from friends I invited, so makes reaching a reward even easier.
Using MyPoints is a bit of a no-brainer - earning points that I can redeem for gift cards for things I normally do online anyway! Here are the "buts" though -1) point opportunities have decreased (I still get lots of emails, but get points much less often for reading them.). 2) Sometimes I spend an inordinate amount of time on a survey I think I've completed, only to be told, nope don't need you. That is very frustrating.
I have been using MyPoints for several years now. It is a quick and easy way to earn rewards. I love the variety of way to earn points.
I have earned many gift cards on this site. It is very easy to earn gift cards. I will keep on using this site. My family loves it to.
There is a focus on surveys and they are terrible. Repeatedly asking the same questions (I should be able to configure my birthday, sex, etc. and all surveys pull that information). I get to the last question and get disqualified (that should never happen). Answer a questions correctly and get disqualified (click 42; that should never happen). This list can go on. They focusing more and more on these surveys even though the user experience is terrible. Contact customer support about it and all you get told is that they do not manage the surveys. Well maybe they should choose better partners, or use their size to make positive changes in this area.
Love getting gift cards. I have earn many gift cards. I have shared with friends and family. I will continue to use this app
I have been with My Points and love it. It is easy to use and points add up quickly. Great way to get gift cards for dining out.
Watching videos and clicking emails is easy. Surveys can be difficult to qualify for and may not award points (even when completed and following all directions). Customer service is mixed but if you take a number of print screens will probably award you credit. Offers rarely credit and customer service probably will not help even if you took multiples print screens of completing the process and followed all the rules.
I've been a member of My Points for at least a decade. One of very few I've stayed with because they have interesting surveys and you get your rewards really fast.
You earned stuff and you can redeem extremely quickly, very great program I'm sure people appreciate it very much
As a long time member, I have completed many surveys and received many gift cards. However, it is still is a frustrating experience to start a survey and spend 5-10 minutes answering a few dozen questions or more and then suddenly not qualify. Or, spend 10-20 minutes to complete a survey and then you don't get points for some reason. I would have expected these problems to be fixed by now. Customer service is sometimes on the ball and sometimes lacking. Many of the other survey sites are very bad. This is still worth the time and effort... but not as much as before. They have made improvements to the reward system and the variety of stores. Over the years, many of these sites have folded or merged with others. I used to be on dozens of survey sites, but now only 2 or 3. My Points has been a survivor in the 2000's.
I have been using MyPoints for a couple of years now and i cant see myself ever not doing it. The surveys are easy and shopping is a great way to get points also. MyPoints is a good way to earn some spare cash in your spare time.
I like the my points program. It is easy to use and points can be redeemed easily. The Visa cards are my favorite.
I use MyPoints to get Amazon gift cards because I use Amazon regularly for household needs. I have no car, so I need to have things delivered to my home. I get a ride to the grocery store once a week, but many things that I need are not available there. I also have a really low income, so it helps to get a gift card from time to time. I watch videos, take surveys and click on emails to view ads, and sometimes I also clip coupons to save money at the grocery store.
I have been a My Points member for several years, and have always enjoyed the links sent to me. There are many options for earning points, and many ways to redeem them.
I'm having some issues with surveys and I'm not getting any responses. I'm also very disappointed in The My Goals criteria. Each month it gets harder and harder. The nCrave is never available, the search never gives points, the video take up to 20 minutes at least. Very discouraging. It seems like MY Points doesn't want to let us make our goals. Very disappointing.
I've been a member of MyPoints for over 7 years and, although some things have changed over the years, I still love using it daily! Sometimes I'm not shopping, I just check in to watch a few videos and/or an nCrave or two. Earning points by stacking up the Daily Rewards is a great way to augment the rewards and freebies I get when I shop using MyPoints for things that I would be buying anyway.
I've been a member for little over a decade and I have had ZERO problems with them. I'm not saying they are perfect; but the do make things right ASAP. The surveys add up quick and you get points through them for buying online. I don't see why anyone would have a problem with the site.
Answer: You RUN! RUN FOR THE HILLS! Close your account and RUN! And then, file a complaint with the BBB. They are now under the parent company "Prodege" which is also SwagBucks. Both are horribly run companies now!
Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
Answer: You don't, they won't answer or take your calls nor will they return any messages.
Answer: Yes. Its quick and easy. Simply go to your account to change
Answer: Mypoints is a large company. They will e-mail you, might just take so extra time depending on your issue
Answer: Yahoo is notorious for email problems. I use Gmail. It's free and more reliable.
Answer: I get multiple emails daily. Try checking your spam folder and be sure to add mypoints to your contacts. I also would check your account to be sure they still have your current email. I hope this helps.
Answer: Not that it will make you feel any better, but I cannot get any help either. Totally useless but here: To submit a ticket regarding an activity, go through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger, https://www.mypoints.com/account-ledger.
