I like Mypoints and you can get decent money if you try. However, it has progressively gotten harder to get extra points.
You most likely will feel like a waste of time but if you stay with it it may surprise you. Getting angry and walking away is common.
I have been using MyPoints at least weekly or sometimes several times a week to complete surveys and activities in order to earn points toward gift cards that I can use to buy fun stuff.
It takes far too much time to follow up on EVERY promotion. The points awarded are insufficient for all the legwork. Mypoints just doesn't give the points until follow up is done. Frequently I'll complete a survey but then am redirected to the survey page with "Not every survey can be a winner, but here's five points for trying Survey #". If surveys offer bonus points, they will not be awarded. Each time I've followed up on survey issues, I've been given points but it is too much work for too little. After not receiving points for completing purchase-based promotions, I just don't bother buying anything through Mypoints anymore. I'll go elsewhere to earn serious points. This is just a way to kill time while waiting for something. In over eight years I still haven't accomplished that many points.

This is a good business to earn points. I use points for VISA gift cards and use for gas or I go to Red Lobster for lunch.
Been a participant for about 10-15 years... usually get Pay Pal about once a month... do not have to wait long to get paid by them (about 3-4 days)

There are many shopping options and lots of videos and surveys as well. You earn points for doing all. It is fun and one of the 'honest' sites out there.

It's fun to earn points and use them when you can and have enough points. I normally use my points for Target, Starbucks, Panera Bread, or Gap. I wish I could accumulate points faster that I could use them for more gifts.
I've been a member for over a decade. They just get better and better at offering opportunities to earn points. I'm able to redeem for gift cards that I otherwise could not afford. I use these as gifts for loved ones and friends and occasionally myself. I'm looking at some of the reviews and am seeing some negative comments. I have a kinship when it comes to the customer service dept. It could stand a huge improvement. But all in all I feel rewarded for the time I spend. You just have to try for yourselves.
Since retiring my income has dropped at lot. This is a great way to earn points and get free gift cards. I use mine on Amazon. Why 4 Stars? Sometimes you have problems getting surveys or videos to complete. But over all nice site. It just takes a little time to figure it all out.
I've been using My Points regularly for several years and it is the easiest and most lucrative survey site of all I use, which numbers 22.
MyPoints is a great program and a way to make a bit of extra money. I can make $100 per month with very little of my spare time used. However, there are still glitches in the program which is annoying.
