Do not like the fact they ask for payment after all the work was done. Really not impressed with that.

It was incredibly easy to use and the templates were exactly what I needed. My one wish (well two) is about price transparency. I have no problem paying the very reasonable fee for the 2-week access, but I do not like that it automatically sets you up for a recurring subscription that you have to then go back and cancel. I think it should be optional between a one time/two week fee OR a recurring subscription.

Trying to get back to edit my resume without so many pop ups is difficult, I want to shorten my resume and edit out a few line items and its difficult to do because of the interruptions from so many otherr sites
