There are no words to speak on the quality of eye shades. It is fabulous the kind of patterns are mesmerizing and eye blinking. No girl can turn out their eyes from shades and could be used as a gifting collection for parties and wedding.
Since december i bought 3 sets worth 70 euros.
Never arrived! With allot of excuses mails.
They took the money and never ever sent me my brushes while i was a loyal client.
No responsibility and business etiquette. Too sad, it will be there downfall
As a previous buyer I ordered in November 2018 and it didn't arrive in time for Xmas. I emailed and was responded to quite quickly, saying they would send out another. It didn't arrive so I sent at least 4 more emails asking for updates and finally for a refund but have yet to have a response.
At last the item arrived at the end of January with a bonus £11.96 customs charge I have to pay. Only £3.96 of this is actual customs the rest is a handling fee by Royal Mail. So why can't the company add the customs charge onto the purchase price so that customers know it's paid? All for a £17 present. I certainly won't be using them again.
I ordered products in November 2018 and have yet to receive them. My credit card was changed. I keep emailing customer services and consistently told they will put in another order and ship. This has not happen. Then I was told the product is out of stock. I have been asking for a refund and this has not happen. We all need to let people know that this company does not deliver products. I love marbles and that's the reason I was searching for a Marble Brush Set with really good quality. I am glad that I ordered it from My Makeup Brush Set. The Marble Brush Set not only looks very classy and elegant but it is also one of the finest quality brushes I have ever used. The brushes are so soft, I just love their quality and grip. I loved my brush set so much that I have also ordered their Classic Oval Brush set now.
Had purchased in bulk from their store for a promotion and all my recipients loved it! The design, quality and appearance was praise worthy. It does not miss out on any details. Very satisfied with the brushes I had purchased.
I wish i could add the chain on emails for the past month! They apologized after I didn't received my item 3 weeks later, waited another week. They apologized now because my order is on back order and offer 15%! Wth a month later and my order is not even on its way. Requested a refund. They don't contact you, you have to contact them.
I ordered a set of brushes in November of 2017. I emailed the company repeatedly. I was charged through PayPal for the set and it is now July 22,2018 and I have still not received my set.
I will now file a complaint with PayPal. This company is either the worse run company or a scam.
They sent me a cracked lid for my wax set and didnt even send the sticks with it they refuse to refund me unless I pay out of my own pocket to ship it back. On top of that Ive been waiting for almost two weeks for my sticks I will NEVER order from this garbage site again.
I did eventually get my order after filing a complaint w/Paypal. It took about 5 weeks to get my order
I ordered 4 items at the beginning of December. On the 6th I got an email that they had shipped with a tracking number. Today is Dec. 22nd. The tracking number still shows that the post office is waiting for the shipment. I have written for a refund.
Good quality, one of the brushes is small, but the bristles are excelent. It came with glue smell. We come with 7days of purchase, and fast.
I got the oval brushes for christmas for my wife and she love them! Thank you for delivering it earlier then expected!
