I ordered a wax warmer and a 100 g bag of wax... with all I still have receipts for I have received the warmer not the bag of wax! I've been back-and-forth with the company mind you it's email only! They still keep trying to tell me they sent it and they did not! I've done everything they asked! On top of all that it took 6mths to even get my order when it says it was coming from NY and I live in N. C. DO NOT ORDER FROM them...

Ordered on June 27th. Received tracking number July 2. It is now August 21 and still no items! Every time I email I get the same standard response. The tracking number reflects the label was printed but NOT shipped yet. The phone number on their site is not in service. SIMPLE solution- call FBI FRAUD UNIT and make a complaint. THEN call OIG (Office of Inspector General) and make a complaint. Then provide them the bank info so someone can trace where your payment went. The person that is taking this money fraudulently will be FOUND.

I received a tracking number immediately after placing my order. I watched it for 15 days, It showed that a shipping label had been printed, and that the package was never picked up., I contacted the company with my questions. I was told that I would receive a reply in 1-2 business days. After 11 days of hearing nothing back. I sent another email asking for my money back. Had I looked for reviews before placing my ordered I would have not placed an order. I now wonder if there will be solution.

I ordered about 50 dollars worth of items on april 21st and still haven't even received an email on my whereabouts of the package. I tried calling the customer care line and the number is disconnected. I sent an email on May 11th and finally got an email back on May 20th from them saying my package was unfortunately lost in transit and that if they don't see that the package did not move by the end of that week, they would reship my order.The day after i got the email, I decided I did not want my order, instead I wanted a full refund. So I asked for one on may 21st and still have not heard back from them. If I were you, I'd stay far away from this website and make sure you read reviews from multiple sources before buying from any websites. These people are nothing but scammers.

I get the fact this new virus has a big effect on shipping and so on. But I bought a 26 color lip pallet the 4th of may and it's already June 2nd and still have not gotten it yet. I had high hopes for this buy due to all the other reviews about this website. I bought something else from the same place/ area the very same day and that item arrived a week and a half later. While nothing on the Shipping progress of the lip pallet. I probably won't buy anything from here again. No point in asking for a refund. Just plain disappointed.

I ordered hair curler in middle of January it never arrived... emailed them 4 times the first two replies they said my order was lost in transit and they would send another one... still waiting! I've emailed again and they said they will update me on status of my order... they never did... I've now requested a refund but I don't think they will refund me... I did pay via PayPal so might take it up with them... I think it's outrageous companies like this are trading. I do not recommend them at all... stay away from them they just take your money.

I ordered a curling iron/straightner in one, I was provided with several "confirmation" emails and a "tracking number" I've yet to receive my curling iron. I contacted them, they told me they can't do anything about since the post office was in possession of it. Finally today I called the post office and gave them the tracking number I was provided, and guess what?! They never received ANYTHING to ship. This company is a SCAM! They STEAL your hard earned money!
