I had a concern over the Billing for the Services provided as there really isn't a full disclosure until AFTER payment is made. I contacted Customer Service via feedback and the matter was handled QUICKLY and efficiently to my satisfaction.

There was no problem while I was purchasing the DDS class.
The course was very easy to follow i completed it in one day I highly recommended Improv if you are interested in taking the course
So far so good, I would of had a perfect score, but the correct answers for the 3 question quizzes, were changed for the final. I made a point to remember all the correct answers highlighted in green. They were changed.

It was to no fault of yours that I am old and computer challenged. I had a very bad attitude by the time I got the program going. One of my sons came to assist me. The words cookies and cache were new to me. And I wasn't even sure what a browser was. Your person tried very hard to help me. She gets an A.
My favorite part of the program was the questions at the end of each chapter.
Would have lied to have seen a chapter on road side emergencies and what to do, and what not to do and emergencies vehicles on the road and how to respond.
My overall experience was great I learned alot that I didn't know
