Educational and easy to follow. Interesting content that was practical, beneficial and stuck with me! I enjoyed this course... which I can't say about other driving courses I have taken through other sites.

Just started but am liking how convenient and easy it is
The course program is very well organized and makes the main goal for a participant to improve defensive driving skill. The course is not very simple and requires some knowledge in order to pass different DMV quizzes but the correct answers will reward you in the everyday driving.
I recommend the course to people who want to improve driving skills.
Easy
Wasn't as bad as I thought it was the comical parts made it less boring learn stuff that I didn't even know about the road
I didn't like that I had to wait between one section and another when I was done. The time was just right for most sections and the timer had run out and I was still working on a couple but some I had to wait up to 20 min to continue.
So I am not sure how these times were determined.
But overall it was great and I appreciated the fact that you contacted the insurer when I was done. I received an updated cost for my insurance within a week after completing the course, so good job!

Was a bit confusing to use our gift certificate
It took a full two weeks before I got a 'follow-up' email from Improv on a link to click on for the 'actual' confirmation & certificate of the course completion, which did not make the discount soon enough for my insurance premium that was just due and paid. I thought Improv would have sent the certificate directly to my insurance company sooner than 2 plus weeks from the completion date. Otherwise it was a delightful and refreshing course for a very affordable cost. Thank you.
Have not finish test but I am refreshing myself with it
There were some problems with administration of material but overall very satisfactory.
Material was easy to understand.
Ok, not exactly Lord & Taylor though.
Not good. My husband and I both took the class and neither of our completion records were forwarded to GEICO our insurance carrier. We had to call their customer service and have our policy discounts updated manually via our showing of our completion certificates. This was supposed to happen with no action from us but did not. We will not be using the improv again for our defensive driving class unless this can be fixed.
