Despite the fact that this is a defensive driving course and as such should be relatively boring; I actually enjoyed taking this online course. It was extremely amusing and I learned a lot more because of it. The jokes broke up the monotony, which allowed me to pay a lot more attention to the information and videos. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone that needs to take a defensive driving course. It is by far one of the most enjoyable, considering the subject. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

I was unprepared for the additional CA mandated e-transmission fee. After taking the course I filled out the review and stated that I felt it was wrong to call it an all inclusive flat-rate only to be given a $9.50 add on after registering. I got an email from customer support the next day crediting the fee back to me and explaining that it is a fee required by CA and apologizing for any confusion or misrepresentation. That is above and beyond any action expected. I am impressed by that kind of customer service.
