Easy and simple
Love it! I'm an insurance agent and have been recommending your site to all of our clients for years based on the positive feedback. I've never gotten a chance to take the course, myself, until now. Now I will really know what I'm recommending.
An inappropriate time to request this survey. After all, I haven't even started the course yet.
As for the registration process, it is a bit confusing and could be better explained in the Order Confirmation email that when the link is clicked to continue, that payment will be required to continue. It should also be explained that it would be advisable not to continue until eligibility is confirmed. That way, if it is determined that the potential student is found not to be eligible, no financial commitment has been made yet that would require a refund by your school.
Other than this point, the overall shopping experience has been very satisfactory.
