I didn't like the fact that 10 scripts were running on your web page during my purchasing of this course. There should be only the bare minimum of scripts running on financial transaction web pages. <- that was before the course. THis is after the course -> I found myimprov.com DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE was excellent and it was very well executed in the web platform. The only reason I had to contact Customer service was because the course stalled on my after Chapter 6. I was replied to in a matter of hours and the matter was taken care of perfectly. I was thankful because I didn't have time to start the course over at that late date.

Simple, easy and fast...
The site was so easy to navigate and the content was very imformative. The host in the lesson videos did a great job blending the right amount of comedy and seriousness to the topics. The only negatives were some of the videos were repetitive and some of the comedy ones did not play on my tablet.

They were so helpful on online chat. I guess I hadn't given the number on my drivers license which was necessary for my driving record. They were able to get that from me so i could download my driving record within a few minutes which was a life saver because I had cut it to the last moment and needed it. Great program!
