Variable pace is helpful.
I really liked being able to print my completion certificate right when I was done. A lot of the traffic school sites make you wait up to 2 weeks to receive it, and charge you the shipping and handling.
Also, the site was easy to use, everything worked the way it should, I never came up to something and couldn't figure out what I needed to do next. Everything is laid out with easy to follow instructions.
My experience with the program was very good. I enjoyed doing the class on my own time and pace.
This was definitely user friendly and no trouble at all to complete.

I was not made aware of the total charge, which included hidden fees, such as a fee to NY DMV and a fee to have them send me my completion certificate, until after I registered.
I found it annoying and unnecessary to have to call and answer a secret question after almost every lesson in order to continue. Several of the lessons repeated the same exact videos over again. Overall, I did appreciate the entertaining aspect of the course.
