I found the comic strips were very funny, but not the videos of the comedians. I didn't have the time to spend watching them while fulfilling the time requirements for the course.

I liked the statistics that were provided in each scenario.

Was happy I was able to take the class in the comforts of my own home without having to go somewhere and take the class and got the same benefit.

The course was well done. The humor helped, as well as various tips for using.

This program is very nice. It offers humor within something that is generally quite boring. You always have to wait a while for a counter to allow you to move to the next session. The wait is definitely too long for the material. This is easily the worst aspect of the entire program. It uses a password and a style of key typing to ensure identity for the program, which was an awesome feature. I would recommend.

I found how to get a discount after I took the defensive driving course! During the course, the timer for each section stopped working and then it reset itself. It was very frustrating because the timer would act up about half way through the sections. There was a lot of extra waiting time because of this.

It was easy and straight forward.

So far it has been quick and easy.

Getting a ticket sucked, but myimprov.com made the rest of the process very painless. I procrastinated until the day before my certificate of completion was due so I called a phone rep and he assured me it was not too late. I completed the course in a few hours and they did the rest. Couldn't be easier -- case dismissed!

Easy. However, have not received completion certificates...

It was simple and fast
