I did like the ease of the program...but I don't retain what I read well...so I would have to print out one chapter at a time...and because I don't have a printer...little problem there...to solve the problem...follow the laws!

I took the Improv defensive driving course and it was VERY user friendly and an excellent course.

The person I spoke with in Customer Service was very nice and helpful.
