Love the laughter you get from a class that is not fun at all. Thanks for the comedy you keep in this class!

My certificate is on hold until I pay my court costs. I have a separate agreement with the court, which has nothing to do with the Traffic School Obligation - that I met.

The questions and overall course was easy to read and understand.

I had a question early on about the format of the course, but was unable to speak to anyone from Customer Service, either live or via chat, so it was a bit frustrating. I just continued on and eventually came across the answer. It would have just been less stressful if I was able to get it clarified at the beginning.

This is the second time that my son and I have used the Improv defensive driving course online. The information is presented in a very interesting manner, making what might be a dry and boring series of lectures into an amusing, yet highly informative experience. To be sure, we will use Improv in the future, and have recommended them to friends and family.

It was not disclosed that there were $8 in state fees to pay.
How do I know that the test was sent to the state?

No Problems.
