Great service and idea.

Good job!

I actually found some of the humor videos a distraction at times, although they did reinforce the reading material. Nice to be able to do this on-line at home, at my convenience.
The cost was not unreasonable, but even with the promo code it was still $10 more than my wife paid with a competitor (using a promo code she found).
I also think there should be more than just 4 questions at the end of each chapter.

I guess it's as entertaining as it could be for a driver safety course, but the humor and quality seemed a little dated to me.

Took the defensive driver course. The comedy made it more pleasant than sitting in a classroom.

It was fine. This was an online service, rather than a physical product, and there was no issue with billing or operation.

Convenient, educational and entertaining...there's not a better defensive driving course out there.

Overall was good. I completed the program and it stated that the court would be notified. It concerns me that you are sending this asking me to confirm that I received the service?

Went through two chapters ("trial") before I had to pay. Others are cheaper, but Improv has the best BBB record, so I'm using it. Hopefully they are reliable in reporting so I don't have to pay the state for a copy of my driving record too.

I enjoyedthe program, and learned a lot from it.
