I loved using my improv.com for the TLSAE course and DMV test! It was an awesome experience, the DMV test especially was pleasant. I didn't like how there was a required time that we had to spend on the pages. I thought that was a waste of time and that's why it takes so long. I could read the page like, 10 times in the time that was posted that we had to stay on. I just read it and then did other things while the time ticked down. Made dinner, played with my puppy, took a power nap etc...but it was a terrible waste of time. The video's at the beginning were old and not funny. I didn't like it at all...but some of the info was valuable and I still use it to this day.
The course was well presented and easy to understand (maybe because I passed) The only problem I have is my copier decided not to work and I am unable to print the completion of the course certificate for my records. Is there any possible way that this could be sent in the mail. Thank you

Lots of hidden fees don't show up until you have to pay! Wasn't this way when I took it 4 years ago. I was really unhappy with that. I have a clean license and am only taking it for the insurance reduction -- why do I have to pay a fee to let the DMV know?
