It was very fast and easy.
Not clear if the $9.50 reporting fee to the DMV is really necessary. I would be glad to send it in the mail with a $0.44 stamp if that option were available.
This site was super simple and straight-forward, after all the tests were done they did all the work in terms of sending my certificate to the courthouse.
The payment process is rather simple and easy to complete. I received my Improv tickets right away! The course was very easy to navigate and I liked that I could pause it on my computer and later resume on my phone. It has some funny videos but I mean they still have to give you the boring stuff so don't expect to laugh the entire time. The test was VERY easy and this is coming from a terrible test-taker. I gave it a 4 star rating just because I'm very picky with typos and it has a bunch of them; it's still easy to read and understand though. Other than that I really have no complaints. Good luck!... Oh and don't procrastinate, my friend did and she missed her court deadline because she had to wait for it in the mail...

Don't like the hidden charges. This was advertised as a $27.95 course; it shouldn't be costing me an additional $7!

It was a good driver saftey program. I liked it better than cats. I will blah blah blah...
Your identification verification soft ware sucks! Some questions were vague at best and down right not related to me otherwise. Would not recommend your program for that reason. In a couple of paragraphs there were miss leading statements that were not listed in the end of text quiz!
Easy to navigate and complete. The process is straightforward and the certificate was delivered in the promised time frame. I'm very happy!
