I have a spotless driving record and have been driving for over 50 years. I took this course to lower my auto rates, and did not want to spend a day in a classroom.

The course is not easy, but it is Extremely thorough and informative. I am amazed at how much I had forgotten!

The format makes (re)learning fun and easy to navigate. Don't rush through it; take time to read the jokes, they are hilarious!

I highly encourage people who drive, to take this course, regardless of whether you have to (tickets,etc.) or not.

My daughter advised me to take this course as she has 4 other people. She took it and found it to be easy and said you have the best agents. I had issues with my documents faxing correctly and I had 2 employees, Alfredo and Hannah that went above and beyond to help me. They expedited my paper work and walked me through scanning and emailing my documents and Hannah personally called the Arizona processor for me. Alfredo was so patient with me, as he was the one helping me on chat and when I called for help with scanning (it was my first time); Hannah was the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with on the phone. In all my years with credit cards, mortgages, etc. that is saying a lot. I will recommend your service in all my circles of friends and family.

This was a great site to take the defensive driving course, it was reasonably priced and convenient. I was able to take the test at my leisure and when I finished a temporary certificate was sent right to my email! Not all online driving courses do this, in fact, many of them try to charge a separate fee. Then my original documents arrived just two days later, it was perfect, overall the course was clear and concise. I am a full-time student and also work part-time, thanks IMPROV for such a convenient course that saved me tons of time and for giving me the most "bank for my buck"!
