This is my first time trying this company. Last time I went with American Safety Counsel. That's when I was with Geico. I guess Geico has an agreement with them that they will fax the Certificate over to them once I complete the course. I asked them since I'm with State Farm will they fax it over and they said no. Only if I had Geico. I asked a rep. From your online chat will they fax & mail the certificate if I completed to State Farm if I went with your company and I was told yes. I appreciated that and so I am giving it a go.
Adding excess fees is a dirty trick. I will not be coming back in 3 years.

I love that I can do a program from home that I can listen to, rather than just read dry info. It is presented in an entertaining way and saves me time because I am not a speed reader.

Interesting course. Thorough and complete
I must admit i was a bit skeptical about taking this course online but it was actually kind of fun. You took each section at your own pace and soon you were done. I do admit it took a bit longer than i expected but i kept at it and then i was done. Got great info from the course and would reccommend it to any senior who would like to get a percentage off on their insurance. It's worth it and the price was right. myimprov.com--you have my vote!

Easy, fun (at least as on-line courses go) and inexpensive
Fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone in NYS, and PayPal available is good too. There are plenty of videos, and comic strips to help you relax your brain, while you are reading the material. Phone verification is simple, and easy questions to help you remember what you learned in the chapter.
I liked that it was easy to do.
Thought that I would receive some sort of correspondence that MI received my completion certificate... I did not... but that's on MI., NOT Improv.
