Quick,easy, entertaining. They take care of everything, had no problems. Hope i dont need to use qgain, but id i do id use them again,definitely. They were cheaper than most i looked up as well. Cant be all that!

Had a satisfactory experience
Enjoyed the class, and got exactly what I needed. Was able to complete the modules at my own pace, which was less stressful. Really enjoyed taking the course.
Improv was fast and easy and much cheaper than I expected.
The audio did not match the syllabus. At one point, I could not move on to next chapter, it kept replaying what I'd already done. Don't know how I got out of it, just fumbled around till finally it moved on. Improv was ok, but got way too wordy and off track. Took way longer to go through chapters than it should have because the narrator just talked too much. Could have been much dryer and more boring, tho. You just need to on brevity of the improv
So far the experience has been enjoyable
