I detected some grammatical errors in the information - a few words left out, wrong verb tense used, etc.! Most of the material was pretty clear with a few exceptions. I enjoyed the comedy breaks! The question I missed on the test had to do with aggressive driving. I checked the first option about driving under the influence of alcohol. This was apparently the wrong answer - however, I could have sworn that driving under the influence was categorized under aggressive driving in the course! I enjoyed your online driving course and learned a number of things I didn't know before. I was happy to have access to Chat for answers to a few questions. I wish there was a way we could get access to this information to review it on our own from time to time. Thank you! Candice Land

Some of the questions are worded strangely in the program making it hard to decipher what the answer actually is. But otherwise a good program.
Improv rocks!
I was double charged for the course but, once the charge was noted on my bank statement I chatted with Improv and they quickly resolved and credited my account!
The only thing I found annoying was that I had to wait 8 hours to complete the course, but that's not your fault, that's the state of California. There was also one question I got wrong and I don't think the answer was in your material, but since it's the only one I got wrong, I don't care because I passed.
At this point of time, I am very satisfied with Improv's registering and signup procedures.
It was recommended by many others as the easiest and most user-friendly. Without experiencing other schools, this is hard to assess. I found this course to be tougher than I expected. I suppose the whole idea was to pay attention, take good notes, and study each chapter intensively.
I did not find the comedy clips and jokes useful at all. In fact, I skipped all of it, because it distracted me from the important material. I also found the text of the course to be a bit wordy. I would have rather seen a format with shorter sentences and phrases, and a lot more bullet points and lists.
Overall, I would still recommend this course. My guess is that others are much more laborious, even more difficult, even more boring.

Too much information that is not needed for mature driver improvement. Too little time allowed for use of $5 promo offer. There are other courses that offer the lower price without a promo. Should not test on trivia like percentages and milligrams related to bac and drugs; nobody can possibly remember all such data presented.
