Loved the online chat folks!

Great program! It made it quick and painless to receive my certificate! The driving while texting portion was especially powerful- makes you think twice before touching your phone/gps/radio! Keep drivers/walkers safe! I'm glad I took this program and do not plan on using my phone while driving.

Coursework was interesting.

Ok. On line course good idea

The online session worked great until I reached my 3rd last session. The system would not accept my password any longer, even so I wrote it down and did not have a problem beforehand. I called in and a nice employee of yours listened to me and helped me finish the course. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Price could be a bit better.

This is nice, with the way I work I can do it when I have the time.

I think that the Address for the billing section should pull from the enrollment form with the option to edit, instead of having to type the same address in multiple times.

It was entertaining

So far it was easy setting it up to take the class. Hopefully checking in and out each day will be just as easy.

My Ratings are self explanatory

The short videos keep the subject matter from getting boring. They also reinforce the text portion to make it feel more like a classroom.

Same day cert isn't in my hand same day. I understood the sales pitch that I would get certificate to print on the day I completed the course. Whereas, I got a receipt that I paid for the course and was enrolled. Not a certificate of completion which would be 2 days out at best with FEDEX.

Very entertaining, knowledge gaining and I suggest this exciting program to whoever needs it.
