The amount of time required per chapter is pretty extreme but other than that pretty simple

Good program I would use it again.

Five stars for not making me feel like gouging my eyes out, as I did in previous defensive driver courses.

One of the videos I could not hear. It was very soft and a little muffeled for me.
Otherwise, the rest of it was wonderful. I had to call in twice for some help, and the
