You need more clarity between what you advertise and what you get. For instance you say you get a Certificate in 30 minutes then say; it costs $3.50, but you get a certificate electronically right away. Like I stated you need to clarify these options more thouroughly.

Very well organized, easily navigable site. My only recommendation is to indicate in the advertised price that there is a filing fee besides the base price.
