After you have taken the course once you should be able to truncate the amount of time to complete the program. Maybe by a 1/3?

Easy to follow

The format is a little too "busy" so it takes some time to understand next steps but so far the course seems fine. The reason that I am taking the course is for an unwitting traffic violation re: a relatively new NYS law I was previously unaware of. Surprisingly I did not see anything in the six hours of reading and watching that addresses the appropriate guidelines in that particular traffic situation.

My code wasn't accepted, but it was remedied quickly.I had trouble getting back into my quiz aftwr it timed out.Told me I wasn't the person who signed up and that I had to start over after I was more than half way through. I contacted customer service and they assisted me to my satisfaction.
